We strive to provide accuracy and quality in all of our products throughout the ordering and production phases. To ensure product accuracy, customers are provided with a digital proof, which is an accurate representation of the desired product, and an order confirmation which contains order-specific information. Any changes or corrections to color, size, quantity, material, etc. should be made at this time. It is important that our customers read and understand the confirmation e-mail because once production begins, no order can be canceled.
We rely on our customers for the accuracy of our products. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to proofread both the digital proof and the order confirmation, paying close attention to spelling, design and listed colors. Exact color matching is available using the PANTONE Matching System. Please note that the colors may appear to differ due to varying computer monitor performance.
Our team works diligently from the time of your free quote until you have the finished product in your hands. For intricate designs or large orders, it may be necessary to send our customers a scan of a sample product from the manufacturer. While the order cannot be canceled, details may be adjusted to improve product quality. Production takes 7-10 days after the order confirmation is approved, and all of our orders shipped via FedEx.
Customers are expected to provide accurate information and give full attention to any digital proofs and order confirmations that our teams provide. Proofread and review all of the details of your proof and e-mail confirmation, checking that all designs, spelling, listed colors and additional options such as epoxy or cases are correct. Production begins immediately after a customer approves the order via the e-mail confirmation. Once production begins, no order can be canceled.
Customers must retain legal ownership of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights associated with each other. Through artwork submissions, you certify that you have the legal right to have the images and texts reproduced and that those reproductions do not infringe on the rights of others.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by undeliverable shipping addresses, inaccurate information, US Customs procedures, holidays observed by our manufacturer overseas, or routing issues by FedEx.
Due to the extreme volume of pins sold during our rush season, we are unable to give any delivery guarantees between the dates of June 1st - July 31st. We apologize for any inconvenience.
